Eligibility
Who can apply?
- Singaporeans, Permanent Residents, or foreigners
- The applicant must hold an active SFL savings account with $800 for security deposits.
Minimum age: 21 years old
What documents will I need?
For Singaporeans and Permanent Residents:
- NRIC
For Foreigners:
- Passport and a valid pass¹ for foreigners
- Proof of mailing address²
¹ Valid pass such as S-Pass, Employment Pass, work Permit with minimum 6 months validity.
² Include any one of the following documents: telco or utilities bill, bank statement from another bank in Singapore within last 3 months.
