Kill Switch
If you suspect your internet banking has been compromised, activate kill switch immediately to freeze all your savings accounts (including joint accounts). Once kill switch is activated, no transactions can be done digitally. To reactivate, please visit our branch.

Vivid Account Balance will be sent via SMS to your registered mobile number.
Kindly update your contact detail via MyInfo before requesting SMS. SMS charge(s) may be imposed by your mobile service provider.
If you have an overseas or a non-Singapore registered phone number you will not be able to make use of this service. The SMS must be sent using the mobile phone number that you have registered with us and the e-Statement / Transaction History will be sent your designated email address.

Instructions:
1. Log in to your bank's mobile banking app or Internet Banking Portal
- ○Scan the QR code using your bank's app OR
- ○Key in Singapura Finance Ltd's UEN 196900340N
Verify that the recipient's name is Singapura Finance Ltd
Enter the Amount to pay OR deposit
Enter your Loan OR Savings Account Number
Submit the transaction
Cut off time : 4pm
Funds received after cut off time will be credited on the next business working day.

Online Service Requests
If you have a joint-all savings account, please visit any of our Customer Centers for reactivation. Applicable to only Vivid Savings Account, Blue Sky Junior Savings, Blue Sky Adult Savings & Blue Sky Gold Savings. Your request will be processed on the Same day if it is made before 4pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holiday). Request will be process on the next working day if made outside the hours stated above.

This feature allows account holders to lock a portion of their deposits in Blue Sky Savings or Vivid Savings Accounts. Your request will be processed on the same day if it is made before 4pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holiday). Request will be process on the next working day if made outside the hours stated above.
Points to note:
- No Withdrawal is allowed via SFL GO-Online Banking after funds are locked.
- Customer has to visit any SFL customer centres to unlock funds before withdrawal is allowed over-the-counter.
- Locked funds are not allowed to do Funds Transfer to other Banks account or within SFL accounts, Fixed Deposit placement, Giro, Standing instructions or future dated transfers. Customer has to visit any SFL Customer Centre in-person with NRIC for verification to unlock funds before making transactions.
