Corporate Borrower
- Singapore incorporated/registered firms & Singapore registered Associations & Societies/Charitable Organisations
- At least 30% of the company is owned by Singaporeans / PRs
- Profitable business and sufficient cashflow to service debt
What documents will I need?
Standard documents
- Signed application form
- Sales Quotation
- Indicative valuation from a licensed appraisal acceptable to SFL
- Chartered Party Agreement (where applicable)
- S&P Agreement/Builder's certificate
- MPA License
- Any other information/documents as required by SFL
Corporate Borrower
- Latest 2 years financial reports/statements
- Latest 6 months' bank statements (where applicable)
Personal Guarantor
- Copy of NRIC/Passport
- Latest 2 years tax assessment
