Who can apply?
- A Singapore company registered with ACRA as a Property Developer
- Or a company with a proven track record in developing property for sale
- Subject land or property must be bought for the purpose of redevelopment for sale
What documents will I need?
- Signed application form
- Indicative valuation (including Gross Development Value)
- Where possible include relevant plans and architectural drawings for proposed construction
- Architect/quantity surveyor/ borrower's estimate on construction cost
- Planning approval (where applicable)
- Cash flow projection during the construction phase where applicable
